Delta kicks a man off the plane because he had to use the bathroom

Delta Airlines is at it again! This time, Delta is being accused of telling a paying customer that he had to go because he had to go.

According to Jim Stingl, Delta kicked Kima Hamilton off the plane because he got up to use the bathroom.

Stingle said that Delta rationalize their decision with, “Our flight crews are extensively trained to ensure the safety and security of all customers. It is imperative that passengers comply with crew instructions during all phases of flight, especially at the critical points of takeoff and landing.”

Welp, “take off,” is what the man was about to do and he didn’t want to soak himself in his own liquids.

So, he did what all of us humans are conditioned to do when we have to use the bathroom. Hamilton told Stingl that he didn’t know what caused his sudden urge to go. He just knew he had to go.

Due to his urgent need to relieve himself, Hamilton got up and walk towards the bathroom. The flight attendant, however, was like, “No, no bathroom time for you. Go back and hold your pee-pee like a good little boy.”

Hamilton complied but the urge just wouldn’t let him sit down. So, he got up again and the flight attendant was like, “No, no, I told you no pee-pee time for you.”

Hamilton told Stingl that everyone but him was taken off the plane. And once he got off the plane, he was met by two FBI agents and Delta employees.

Krista Rosolino backed up Hamilton’s story. She took to her Twitter page and tweeted, “Watched @Delta mistreat a paying customer today, refund his money, and tell him to find a new way from Atl to his wife and kids in Mke.”

Folks from NBC News and CNN have contacted Rosolino, who’s a lawyer, about the story.

According to Stingl, the money Hamilton had to pay Southwest Airlines in order to fly back to Milwaukee was three times the amount he received back from Delta.

There are reports that Delta has paid its passengers $10,000.00 to take another flight. But as folks can see, Hamilton didn’t fit into that category.

Unfortunately for Delta, this isn’t the first little un-un the airline company has had. Delta has been called out for allowing an unruly customer to stay on the plane after he had cursed out the women folks, calling them "Hillary bitches."

Delta is not alone, though, in his really bad treatment of its paying customers. United dragged a man, bloodied and battered and bruised, off the plane. A scorpion had taken up residence in one of United’s compartments and the world’s biggest rabbit recently died on a United Flight.

Several news media outlets are reporting that United has reached a settlement with the doctor.
